Project Overview
This project led the full digital transformation of Atata Patiss, a bakery supplier operating without any digital infrastructure. With no inventory system, digital workflows, or online presence, the business faced major operational blind spots. I built and deployed a scalable, intuitive system—tailored for a non-literate workforce—that evolved from warehouse digitization to e-commerce enablement, analytics, and AI-driven forecasting. The success of this initiative directly led to referrals into larger supply chain companies.
Implemented Components
- Visual Warehouse Management System (WMS): Built a pictogram-based inventory system that enabled illiterate staff to manage stock movements through icon-driven inputs—no reading or writing required.
- End-to-End Warehouse Digitization: Personally audited the entire physical stock, photographed and cataloged products, and built a custom backend database from scratch.
- Team Training & Software Onboarding: Trained the Atata Patiss team on how to use the system independently through simple, step-by-step mobile workflows.
- E-Commerce Platform Development: Designed and launched a full e-commerce website, enabling the company to expand its sales nationwide with seamless logistics integration.
- Operational Dashboards: Deployed dashboards to track warehouse activity, sales, and supplier coordination—giving the owner real-time control for the first time.
- AI & Supply Chain Modeling (Ongoing): Currently developing predictive models to Forecast when inventory will run low, Model supply chain patterns to reduce lead time and waste

Tech Stack & Infrastructure
- Backend & Logic: Python, MySQL
- Interface Design: Figma, WordPress
- Data Management: OCR for document scanning, Notion for internal coordination
- Dashboards: Plotly, Power BI
- Analytics & Forecasting: Custom ML models for inventory & supply chain prediction
- DevOps: GitHub for version control and CI/CD
Impact & Results
- Impact & Results: Real-time tracking and guided stock updates drastically reduced mismanagement and losses.
- No Training Required for Staff: The system was adopted immediately by an illiterate workforce, thanks to UX design optimized for visual interaction.
- National Sales Expansion: The e-commerce launch enabled the business to serve new markets beyond local clients.
- Founder Empowerment: Dashboards and analytics gave leadership a live view into operations, fueling more confident and timely decisions.
- Trusted by Bigger Players: The project’s success led the founder to introduce me to larger companies in the supply chain, enabling high-value B2B opportunities.
Key Innovations & Learnings
- Built a fully functional tech system from a zero-digital baseline, addressing both human and operational challenges.
- Designed for real-world constraints, proving that powerful tools can be delivered without complexity.
- Validated my ability to scale operational systems for logistics-heavy businesses, not just write code.
- Positioned the client for future AI transformation with early predictive models and supply chain insights.
